Trump announces trade agreement with E.U. to set tariffs at 15%

President Donald Trump met with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and announced a new deal between the U.S. and E.U. that would set tariffs at 15%. Trump also announced that the E.U. would agree to invest hundreds of billions of dollars in the U.S.
